In the blink of an eye, the difficult year of 2022 has passed. The global economic situation has faced tremendous downward pressure. The repeated outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic, multiple government restrictions, and cumbersome nucleic acid testing have made us anxious these days. But under such a harsh business environment, it is gratifying that with the joint efforts of all staff members, 90% of the sales performance in 2021 was completed in 2022. Under the global manufacturing depression, nearly 500,000 companies closed down during the national epidemic. Because of the efforts of our employees, the company has achieved the desired performance.

Looking back on 2022, Hontech-Wins had many unforgettable moments. When Shenzhen was closed for a week due to the epidemic, many production department employees took the initiative to catch up with the goods in the company, and the glorious moment of being named "Top Ten Scholarly Enterprises in Baoan District, Shenzhen." These moments have created a warm corporate culture in our company. I can't forget when our business department members showed the company's latest product "Retrograde" to the world at the Hannover International Livestock Exhibition in Germany. Although they were infected with COVID-19 in the end, their selfless spirit has deeply moved us, shaping the most beautiful scenery in 2022. Finally, I can't forget the company's team learning "Five Practices" and "Inamori Philosophy" in two hundred days. Through daily learning, insights, and daily progress, I saw that our team is more positive, grateful, and always has altruistic thinking. All in all, there are many touching moments that I will never forget. I am grateful to all staff members for their hard work!

2023 has arrived, and the company has also set an annual sales performance target of 155 million based on future market development. In order to achieve this goal, we have revised the relevant systems of the business department and the R&D department. After the Chinese New Year, we will recruit more colleagues to enrich our marketing team. At the same time, we will actively develop overseas markets so that more of our products can be introduced to the world.

Hontech-Wins has already become a medium-sized enterprise in 2023. We will open the Jiangmen manufacturing base in the coming year and actively promote lean production. With the help of digital informatization, we strengthened our internal management and optimized the management process. As a result, Hontech-Wins has become a Chinese enterprise with high scale and high-level management. We hope the company can also achieve excellent results in future overseas market construction.
